Change or Return of Goods
Exchange of items (within Europe)
If you want to exchange your purchase for another article or a different size, this is possible. To realize this as quick as possible, please send us an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Notify in this mail your order number, and the item number which you received and would like to exchange. Please inform us also the item number as well of the size of the item you want to receive.
We will reply to your e-mail as soon as possible to confirm that we reserved the item which you want to exchange. After receiving the return of goods from you we will send you the desired item right away.
Exchange of your purchage is only possible if the value of the new item is the same or lower then the item which you send back. If the value of the new item is higher, You must place a new order.
Exchanging goods from items outside Europe
An exchange of items outside Europe is the same as within Europe except for one issue: The shipping costs for the exchange are charged to the customer. you will have to request a return label wich will be send by mail. in this mail you will be able schedule a pick up appointment.the shipping cost can be paid when an DHL employee picks up the package. As soon as the item that is being returned has been received, we will send the exchange immediately.
Return of goods
Return of goods is always possible within 14 days counting from the day of delivery.
For the Netherlands and Belgium we ask for return of goods of the regular collection € 4,= and for sale or outlet items € 5,=. For return of goods from Germany we charge € 5,=. With the delivery we enclose a formular which you can use for the return of goods. You can put the DHL label (for return of goods) over the DHL label which was used for the delivery.
For France we do charge you for € 8,= by return of goods.
For the United Kingdom we do charge you for € 8,= by return of goods.
For other countries, return of goods are on charge of the customer.
Return of goods from out of Europe can be shipped in 2 ways:
1 You send it by yourself. Please use the adress as given below
2 After you have contacted us by E-mail or phone. we will send you an e-mail. In this e-mail you will able to schedule an pick up appointment and print the shipping label. This way of returning is secure and fast. The costs of the return will be determined in the process when you are scheduling the appointment. The Payment can be done when the package will be picked up by DHL.
Customers who paid their order by Paypal can in many cases declare the costs of "return of goods" by Paypal. This service of Paypal is for many countries but for each country there are different conditions. If you want to use this service from Paypal, please inform yourself on your local Paypal site or call them at their helpdesk.
When you want to send your shipment from the United Kingdom or France, you can send us an e-mail to email@example.com. Please send us your name and ordernumber of your purchase. After we received your e-mail we will send you a return label as soon as possible which you can paste on the box over the label of the package which was send to you. After this you can bring the package to the nearest DHL point.
