How does our gift shop work?
When you are a registered customer in one of our stores or in our web shop, you save point with all your purchases from the regular collection. With these points, called loyalty points, you can buy gifts in our gift shop. At least 50% of the value of the gift that you want to buy must be paid with the loyalty points. Of course you can also fully pay a gift with your accrued loyalty points.
You can regularly find new gifts in our gift shop. You can also create a gift you desire yourself. For example, if you want to buy a certain perfume with your loyalty points that is not included in our gift shop, you can send us an e-mail (email@example.com) or call us (0570-592339). You can tell us your wish to make the perfume you desire available in the gift shop. When we honour this request you can buy this with your loyalty points. In principle, this applies for any desired gift that you would like to buy with your accrued loyalty points.
After you have bought a gift from our gift shop, we will send this to you as soon as possible, free of charge. When your gift concerns a hotel booking, we will always send the confirmation of the booking per e-mail as soon as this has been finalised.
